At Dune Volt E-Bike, we are committed to delivering high-quality electric bikes and reliable customer service. Your satisfaction is important to us. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, please review our policy below.

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The e-bike must be unused, unassembled, and in its original sealed packaging

  • All manuals, accessories, and components must be included

  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Include your order number and details in your email. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

 

Exchanges

We offer replacements only for products that arrive damaged or defective.

If you require an exchange, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue to help us process your request efficiently.

 

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used, assembled, or damaged

  • Customised or personalised orders

  • Items returned after the 14-day period

(Unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed upon delivery.)

 

Warranty Policy

Every Dune Volt E-Bike is backed by a comprehensive warranty to ensure a worry-free riding experience.

Warranty Coverage (12 Months)

  • Frame

  • Motor

  • Battery

  • Controller / Display System

What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Faults in original components

  • Claims supported by a valid purchase receipt

What Is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or stunts

  • Environmental damage (rust, debris, water, stains)

  • Improper assembly or unauthorised repairs

  • Normal wear-and-tear items (brakes, tires, tubes, pads)

  • Modifications or non-Dune Volt parts

 

Warranty Claims Procedure

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement part or suitable solution.


Important Information

  • Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent transit damage

  • Damage caused during return shipping is not covered

  • Any unauthorised modification may void your warranty
