Dune Volt Shipping Policy

At Dune Volt, we aim to get your new e-bike to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment has been received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak periods, promotions or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship Australia-wide.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the courier network.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Sydney Metro: 1-3 business days

  • NSW Regional: 2-5 business days

  • Brisbane, Melbourne & Canberra: 3-6 business days

  • Adelaide & Hobart: 4-8 business days

  • Perth & Remote Areas: 5-10 business days

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

From time to time, Dune Volt may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or locations.

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before payment.


Local Pickup

Customers may be able to collect their order from our showroom or warehouse by appointment.

If local pickup is available for your order, we'll contact you once it's ready for collection.


Delivery Requirements

E-bikes are valuable items and may require a signature upon delivery.

If no one is available to accept the delivery, the courier may:

  • Leave the parcel in a safe place (where permitted)

  • Leave a collection card

  • Arrange a re-delivery

Once a parcel has been delivered according to the courier's tracking records, responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer.


Pre-Orders

If you purchase a pre-order item, the estimated dispatch date will be shown on the product page.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship everything together once the pre-order item becomes available unless otherwise arranged.


Damaged Deliveries

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your package or product has been damaged during transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@dunevoltebikes.com.au and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the damaged product

We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing your purchase.

Dune Volt is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.


Shipping Delays

While we work hard to meet our estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Extreme weather

  • Public holidays

  • High courier demand

  • Natural disasters

  • Remote delivery locations

  • Events outside our reasonable control
