Dune Volt Returns & Refund Policy

At Dune Volt, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind or experience an issue with your order, we're here to help.

7-Day Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in new condition.

  • Be returned in its original, unopened packaging with all accessories, manuals and tags included.

  • Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been assembled, ridden, used, damaged or modified are not eligible for return unless they are faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

To request a return, please email info@dunevoltebikes.com.au with your order number and reason for the return.

If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how to return your item.

return postage is not covered by Dune Volt. returns can be posted to dropped off to any of our warehouse location or shops.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

If you are returning an item because you've changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee will be applied.

If your item is faulty, Dune Volt will arrange and cover the return shipping where applicable. If damaged in transit please contact the courier company for a compensation or free return. 


Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible at info@dunevoltebikes.com.au with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos or videos showing the problem

We'll assess the issue promptly and work with you to repair, replace or refund the item in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty out of the box:

  • Used or ridden e-bikes. 

  • Products that have been assembled or modified

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Clearance or sale items (unless required by Australian Consumer Law)

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

If you'd like a different model, colour or accessory, simply contact us to arrange a return (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been approved.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days from approval, please contact us at info@dunevoltebikes.com.au.


Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
